Khatai Ismayilov

Khatai Ismayilov Musa oglu was born on May 20, 1986 in Baku.

In 2003-2007, he studied at the Faculty of Automation and Management of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (ADNA).

In 2007-2008, he served in active military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2011-2023, he worked as a leading specialist and sector manager at "Azerlotereya" OJSC.

During his years of work, he participated in seminars and conferences organized by WLA (World Lottery Association) and ELA (European Lottery Association).

Since March 2023, he has been working as the chief project coordinator of the Department of Support for the Development and Implementation of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects of the PPP Development Center.

He knows Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish languages.

Married, with 2 children.
